If you have been served with a foreclosure complaint, you must act IMMEDIATELY.  You have an extremely short window in which to respond.  If you fail to act quickly, you may lose your home to foreclosure.  Under Florida Law a response to the foreclosure complaint must be filed within twenty (20) days, and every foreclosure defense and counterclaim relating to the  foreclosure must be in that response the foreclosure complaint , or you may be forever barred from raising them.
